5. Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy is for the STREAMZTV Premium Hosted Subscriptions and supersedes the cancellation and refund policies of the individual components. The Premium Hosted Subscription is automatically renewing which means that once you become a subscribing member, your subscription will be automatically renewed and your payment method will be charged unless you opt out or cancel before the renewal date.

To cancel your subscription, please go to to streamztv.com and login to your account then click the “cancel” button located next to your active subscription.

You may opt out of renewing your subscription and must do so before prior to 12am PST of your renewal date. If you do not cancel your subscription prior to the to the end of the current subscription period, the payment for the renewal period of the subscription will be charged.

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time but you will not receive a refund. If you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date but are not eligible for a refund, you will retain access to the Premium Hosted Subscriptions until your subscription expires.

6. Privacy Policy

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. Creating an account also signifies your consent to receiving email communication from us.
