STEP 1: Disable Google Play Protect

From the NVIDIA Shield Homescreen navigate over to the Apps tab

STEP 2:

Scroll down to the very bottom of the apps page and click "Find more apps and games" to open the Google Play Store

STEP 3:

Click the profile icon in the very top right corner (usually looks like a capitalized letter that is usually either the first letter of your name or email address)

STEP 4:

Navigate down to the Play Protect tab and Turn OFF / Disable the "Scan apps with Play Protect" setting

STEP 5:

Now click back and click on the Search bar inside the Google Play Store

STEP 6:

Search for the Downloader app and install it

STEP 7:

Open the Downloader app

STEP 8:

Click on the http:// line

STEP 9:

Enter dl.unlinked.link in the URL field and click Go

STEP 10:

Wait for the app to download.

• A message will appear that says: “For your security, your TV is not allowed to install unknown apps from this source. You can change this in the Settings.”

STEP 11:

Click Settings

STEP 12:

You will be taken to the Install Unknown Apps page. Click on Downloader so that it shows ON.

STEP 13:

Then click Install to install the Unlinked app

STEP 14:

Once the app finishes installing click Open

• If prompted to, click Allow to allow the Unlinked app access to your device's storage. You may not see this message.

STEP 15:

Click Add a new library and enter STVAPPLIST in the code line

Dismiss any popups that appear while using the app

STEP 16:

Click on the STV PRO BLACK app once and wait for the app to download

We also offer several other STV apps that provide a different interface for you to watch from, you can install any of them here and they will all work with your service. You may have any/all of them installed on your device at the same time.

STEP 17:

You will receive a Permission required prompt and will be taken back to the same settings menu from Step 12

Click Install unknown apps

STEP 18:

Click Unlinked so that it shows ON.

STEP 19:

Click back 2x and you will be returned to the installation screen for the STV PRO BLACK app.

Click Install.

STEP 20:

Once finished installing click Open

STEP 21:

Click STANDARD LOGIN

STEP 22:

Enter your login info we sent you in your confirmation email and click SIGN IN

STEP 23:

Click ALLOW to the message that comes up immediately after logging in asking for access to the storage on your device

• If you do not click ALLOW the app will not be able to complete loading and you will have to CLEAR DATA from the Settings on your device and login over again

STEP 24:

That's it, you're done!
